COMMUNITY CONNECTION

Work Smarter Now is extending an invitation to individuals in the Autism Community to submit their works of art to KindTree Productions.  Suzann Brucato, owner of Work Smarter Now, has coordinated efforts with Tim Mueller at KindTree Productions, dedicated to serving and celebrating the Autism Community through art, education, and recreation.

Autistic artists may contribute a digital image of their artwork and send it by email to Art@KindTree.org.  Include the artist's name, age, address, a short biography (no more than 200 words), the title of the piece submitted, and a two sentence description (optional).  Please include parent's name and contact information for younger artists.  Works may include paintings, photography, poetry, sculpture, weaving, or any other artistic renderings that can be photographed and sent in a digital format.

In addition to a wide variety of services for and by the autism community, KindTree celebrates autistic artisans by publishing and selling their art work.  Work Smarter Now provides a dedicated link (available at http://www.worksmarternow.com/AutismCommunity.htm) to purchase note cards and other products containing these images, with 50% of sales given back to the artists.

Current artists range in age from 4 to 55 years old.  Images have included abstract art, beach photographs, paintings of cats, computer drawings, and much more.  The graphics team at Grey Wolf Projects, owned by Tim Mueller, volunteers their time to create borders and other enhancement techniques to highlight and accent the beauty of the artwork.

Work Smarter Now has coordinated efforts with KindTree Productions (www.Kindtree.org) for artwork submitted by New Jersey autistic artisans to be posted on a dedicated page.  To join the KindTree mailing list, send an email to newsletter@kindtree.org and put "subscribe" in the SUBJECT line.  Thank you.
